Gyudon Cravings Hit Different 🍚🔥

Just had this amazing Gyudon bowl from Kodawari, and wow-it was everything I didn’t know I needed today.The beef was thinly sliced and melt-in-your-mouth tender, simmered in a sweet savory sauce that soaked into the rice perfectly.They topped it with a soft boiled egg that broke open like butter, mixing into the bowl like a rich, creamy sauce.The sautéed greens added a nice bitterness to balance the umami, and the sprinkle of sesame seeds, spring onions, and chili flakes gave it a little kick.Paired it with an ice cold Root Tropika (tangy orange flavor!)-refreshing, fizzy, and just the right contrast to the hearty meal.

    This bowl seriously made my day. The beef was super tender, the egg was perfectly runny, and everything just came together so well. Wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but here we are. Root Tropika on the side? Chef’s kiss. Definitely coming back for this combo again.
