I'm back on track! 🏋🏻♀️💪🏻👟
After being sedentary and eating mostly carbs for the past 3 months, I finally went back to the gym today. Honestly, it felt both exciting and brutal at the same time. I went straight into my routine, but wow, my body felt heavier and I got tired way quicker than I used to. 😭 Still, there was this sense of relief once I started sweating again, like my body had been waiting for me to move. The workout humbled me, but it also reminded me why I love going to the gym in the first place. 💪🏻 Even though I felt sluggish, I left feeling lighter and proud that I finally showed up. It wasn’t easy, but it was exactly the push I needed to get back on track. Tomorrow I’ll probably be sore, but right now I just feel good knowing I’m starting again. 👏🏻🏋🏻♀️
