🍰 Strawberry Shortcake, Shaken Not Stirred

One of the sweetest memories I’ve made lately—literally. 🍓 At IDIM, everything was laid out and ready, so even someone like me who’s never baked before felt like a pro for a day. Mixing the whipped cream, layering the sponge, and decorating with strawberries made me feel like I was crafting a memory as much as I was making a cake. And the best part? It tasted just as good as it looked!! I also tried their DIY milk tea, where you shake, mix, and even decorate your own cup. Mine was a strawberry matcha with boba + brown sugar jelly (complete with Pedro Pascal printed on top 😆). Surprisingly, the matcha was rich and delicious —such a fun surprise. Feel na feel ko ang pagiging baker at barista. The whole experience was super fun, creative, and so worth it to do with friends and family. For ₱1,399 (cake) + ₱180 (milk tea), it’s less about perfection and more about the joy of making something with your own hands. 10/10 day, 10/10 staff, and a place I’d definitely want to come back to. 💖
