Current fav eyeliner from Issy ✨

I’ve repurchased this eyeliner twice already and that’s how much I love it! It has a fine tip that helps in drawing sharp thin lines—just like how I like my eyeliner. The brush is also not too stiff and not too soft so it’s really easy to control. It also lasts for the whole day and doesn’t give me panda eyes 🤗. It’s ₱349 but I usually get it on sale so it’s much cheaper and last time I got it for ₱175 only! I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a good eyeliner. ❤️
