Pusit Calamares from Gata (near Paseo Sta. Rosa)

The coating is perfectly crispy without being too oily, and the squid inside stays soft and tender, hindi yung makunat na usually nakukuha sa calamares. Kaya super sarap lalo na with suka!! Honestly, it’s one of those dishes that disappears fast on the table kasi everyone just keeps getting “isa pa” until you realize it’s gone haha!
