Sobra Cafe’s Beef Salpicao is hands down one of my favorite dishes on their menu. The beef is so tender and juicy, coated in that garlicky-savory sauce that instantly makes every spoonful satisfying. I love how the crispy garlic chips add a nice crunch while the pickled onions cut through the richness, balancing everything out perfectly. The runny egg on top is the best part mixing it with the rice makes the whole dish creamy and extra indulgent. This has become one of my go-to comfort meals whenever I visit, and I would definitely order it again without hesitation.
