Being Consistent — Pilates Edition
Hii girlies!! It's my 7th pilates session already and I tried to take a challenging class — legs and hip pilates class! After 6 days of not attending a class, I thought I would not survive this day, but I did!! It's much challenging than the fundamentals class (but full body yun, siguro nasanay nalang talaga ako). I realized that I need to strengthen my legs more 😂 For my next class, I'll try to take core and arms class (but I'm not 100% sure pa coz I know that I need to strengthen my arms more than my legs 🥲). I'm so happy right now that I am being consistent and making sure na I attend pilates class at least once a week, play badminton din once a week, and work out at home using my pilates board and dumbbells 💞 I know this is all be worth it kaya try to be consistent too and show up. Remember, health is well, so we must take care of ourselves 🫶🏻
