One Of My Favorite RomCom Kdrama!
True Beauty is one of the most fun and relatable Kdramas I’ve watched. I really enjoyed how it mixes comedy, romance, and a bit of drama while tackling self-esteem and beauty standards. The story of Ju-kyung, who hides behind makeup to gain confidence, really hits close to home for many viewers. What makes it even better is the love triangle between Ju-kyung, Su-ho, and Seo-jun—it’s nakakakilig and full of emotional moments. The cast did an amazing job, especially Moon Ga-young, Cha Eun-woo, and Hwang In-yeop who brought so much charm to their roles. I also love the balance between the lighthearted school moments and the deeper, more emotional struggles of each character. It’s not just about looks, but also about acceptance and learning to love yourself.
