The rain was falling nonstop, and it made me crave something simple but satisfying. I decided to fry talong and liempo, imagining the crispy and smoky taste that would perfectly match the cold weather. As the aroma filled the kitchen, it felt like the gloomy day suddenly turned warmer. Each bite was pure comfort, making the rain outside seem less heavy. Truly, nothing beats my rainy day cravings than the combo of pritong talong and pritong liempo. 🥰
