Going Green at Greenhills Mall

Tried the vegan Pad Thai at Pho Hoa Noodle Soup in Greenhills Mall and it was actually really good! The noodles were cooked just right, the tofu was crispy on the outside but soft inside, and the fried shallots on top added a nice crunch. They also gave a side of crushed peanuts so you can adjust the texture (I dumped the whole thing in lol). Flavor-wise, it’s savory with a touch of sweetness, and the lemon wedge on the side gave it a nice fresh kick. Super filling but not heavy, which I loved. Honestly didn’t expect a noodle shop known for pho to have a solid vegan Pad Thai, but I’d definitely order this again. #VeganEats #PadThaiLove #GreenhillsFood

The vegan Pad Thai from Pho Hoa Noodle Soup in Greenhills Mall is a plant-based take on the classic Thai stir-fried noodle dish. Served on a square plate, it features flat rice noodles tossed with tofu, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs, then garnished with crispy fried shallots. A wedge of lemon is included on the side for added brightness, along with a separate serving of crushed peanuts to adjust flavor and texture according to preference.
