Tried the famous croffles at Sunnies Café in BGC and they definitely hit the spot! 😍 I got two flavors. The Honey Bacon Croffle and the Mushroom Croffle. The Honey Bacon Croffle was such a perfect mix of sweet and savory. The bacon was glazed just right, not too overpowering, and paired so well with the buttery croffle underneath. Meanwhile, the Mushroom Croffle was hearty and earthy, topped with sunny side up eggs and a generous serving of mushrooms. It had that comforting, umami flavor that makes it perfect for brunch.
