I ordered the carbonara from Overdoughs Café, and I have to say it was such a comforting meal. The pasta was cooked just right and coated in a creamy sauce that wasn’t too heavy but still flavorful. The bacon bits added that salty, savory kick that I always look for in a good carbonara. I also liked the touch of cheese on top.. it blended nicely with the sauce. The breadstick on the side was a nice bonus, perfect for balancing the richness of the dish. Overall, it felt like a simple yet satisfying plate.. nothing overly fancy, but definitely the kind of meal that hits the spot when you want something warm and hearty.
