Green Rebel Beefless Tapsilog

Tried the 7 Eleven Beefless Tapsilog today.. a plant-based twist on the classic Filipino breakfast. The tapa was surprisingly flavorful, sweet-savory like the real thing, though a bit softer in texture. The egg was okay, but kinda rubbery, and the garlic rice could use more punch. Not bad for a quick meal, but it could be better. #711finds #plantbased #healthy
