Cafe Amelia in Sta. Rosa, Laguna!

Hii girlies! I decided to visit this cafe again since after work, I'll play badminton. Spent a quiet and cozy afternoon at Cafe Amelia in Sta. Rosa, Laguna today. It was my first time visiting, and the place had such a calm and inviting vibe—perfect for a little break from the usual busyness. I decided to treat myself to something sweet and savory, so I ordered their Pistachio Sansrival and a serving of Truffle Fries. And wow, both were worth every bite. The Pistachio Sansrival was delicate and rich at the same time. The layers were just the right amount of buttery and nutty, and the pistachio flavor really came through without being overpowering. It's the kind of dessert that makes you slow down just to savor each forkful. The Truffle Fries were crispy, aromatic, and addicting—exactly how good comfort food should be. They had that perfect balance of crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside, with just the right hint of truffle. Overall, it was a lovely little escape. If you’re ever in the Sta. Rosa area and looking for a chill spot with good food and a warm ambiance, Cafe Amelia is definitely worth checking out.
