I recently had the Chipotle Béchamel Carbonara and Calamari from Agave Mexican Cantina in Circuit Ayala Malls, Makati City, and it was absolutely delicious. The pasta had a rich, smoky chipotle flavor blended perfectly with the creamy béchamel sauce, making every bite so satisfying. I was amazed by the huge serving, definitely worth sharing or enjoying all to yourself if you’re really hungry. The calamari was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and paired so well with their flavorful dip. Both dishes were bursting with taste and made for a perfect combination of comfort and indulgence. If you’re around Makati, you should definitely visit their restaurant and try these out and your taste buds will thank you!
