Manam is my favorite restaurant
I think I’ve tried most of the dishes at Manam by now from garlic rice with kare-kare to their bulalo, everything’s been solid. But the real star? The eggplant omelette. Like seriously… why is it that good?! 😭🔥 Did not expect to be obsessed with a humble tortang talong, but here we are.
