Take Controlš
Lately, Iāve been redefining what control looks like for me. I used to think it meant waking up at 5 AM, planning everything, being endlessly productive. But the truth is, that version of control always left me feeling burnt out and hollow. These days, control looks more like listening to my own needs without guilt. Like saying no when I usually wouldāve said yes just to please someone. Just last week, I rearranged my desk. I moved a few books, lit a candle Iād been saving, and opened the window even though it was raining. It felt small, but it reminded me that I can shift the energy around me. I deleted a contact that made my chest tighten every time they popped up. I submitted something I was scared to share. They werenāt big moves, but they were mine. Taking control now feels like choosing peace over pressure. Like asking myself what kind of life I actually want, not what I think Iām supposed to want. Iām still figuring it out, step by step. But every time I listen to myself instead of the noise around me, I feel a little more free. And thatās what I want to build my life around. #TakeTheWheel #LifeInYourHands #SmallStepsMatter
