Road trip moods 🌲✨

A quick escape from the busy streets of Cebu brought us to the quiet charm of Bohol, and one of our favorite unexpected stops was the Bilar Man-Made Forest. 🌳 The moment we entered this stretch of winding road surrounded by towering mahogany trees, everything felt calm and cooler — literally and emotionally. We didn’t plan to spend much time here, but as soon as we stepped out of the car, we were pulled in by the beauty of the place. It felt like stepping into a movie scene — sunlight peeking through the trees, the quiet hum of nature, and that feeling of being just small enough in a world that’s so naturally grand. I’ve always believed that the best part of traveling is not just the destinations, but the moments in between — the stops, the slowdowns, the shared silence with friends. This forest gave us a break from the usual noise, and reminded me why we all need escapes like this — even short ones. Thankful for this memory, and even more thankful for the people I shared it with. 💚
