Tried The Mess Hall for the first time and I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it this much! 😍🍽️ I ordered their sizzling crispy sisig rice meal (yes, the one in the photo with the egg on top), and wow—comfort food at its finest. The meat was crispy, flavorful, well-seasoned, and had that perfect balance of savory, slightly sweet, and garlicky goodness. Topped with crunchy bits and served on a sizzling plate, it gave that satisfying aroma and sizzle that made the experience even better. The rice was cooked just right (ang dami pa!) , and the sunny-side-up egg pulled it all together—simple, classic, and exactly what you need when you’re super hungry and craving something hearty. I also loved that they served it hot and fast, perfect for quick lunch breaks or chill weekend meals. The vibe of the place is also casual and comfy, no-fuss, just good food that hits the spot. Definitely coming back to try more from their menu!
