Flavors that hit the spot 🇻🇳✨

Tried Lemongrass Bistro for the first time and I must say—this place truly exceeded my expectations! Every dish served was thoughtfully prepared, well-presented, and bursting with flavor. The bowl of pho was rich and comforting, with a deeply savory broth that tasted like it had been simmered for hours. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was tender and generously portioned. It’s the kind of dish that hugs you from the inside out. One of the highlights for me was the fresh spring rolls. Light and refreshing with plump shrimp and crisp veggies, paired with a peanut sauce that was incredibly flavorful—creamy, nutty, and slightly sweet. It added the perfect touch to every bite. Their version of fried chicken wings (Viet Fish Sauce dressing) had a bold, sticky glaze that was both savory, slightly salty and sweet, and the pickled vegetables on the side cut through the richness beautifully. It’s one of those dishes where you can’t stop at just one piece. Overall, Lemongrass Bistro felt like a culinary trip to Vietnam right in the heart of the city. The food was authentic, the ambiance cozy, and the service warm and attentive. If you’re craving Vietnamese cuisine made with heart and quality ingredients, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!
