How Positive Affirmations Changes My Mindset
I used to battle self-doubt and negative thoughts, but positive affirmations have really changed the way I view myself. Each day, I repeat simple, encouraging phrases like “kaya ko 'to” or “I deserve happiness.” At first, it felt a little strange, but over time, these affirmations helped me build confidence and shift my mindset. Saying kind things to myself makes me feel stronger and more motivated to face challenges. But, Positive affirmations don’t magically fix everything, but they create a foundation of self-belief that helps me or us to keep going, especially on tough days because for me, this small daily habit has become a powerful tool for staying positive and focused.
