Why I Believe 1% Progress Each Day Is Enough
I used to think I had to make big changes fast to feel like I was moving forward. But I’ve learned that even small steps just 1% better each day can make a huge difference over time. There are days when I don’t feel super productive or motivated, but I remind myself that doing something is better than doing nothing. Whether it’s a small task, or just choosing to rest, it still counts as progress. I’ve stopped putting pressure on myself to do everything perfectly. Now, I focus on slow, steady improvement. That 1% might not seem like much, but it builds up and that’s what really keeps me going. Just a simple reminder: you don’t have to do it all today just do a little more than yesterday.
