Motherhood
As a mother, I’ve learned that perfection is not the goal presence is. There were days I felt exhausted and unsure, but hearing my child’s laughter or feeling their hug made it all meaningful. Motherhood has helped me grow not only as a parent but as a person. It taught me how strong and nurturing I truly can be. I still remember the first time I saw my baby smile I cried. Not out of sadness, but because I finally understood what it meant to be someone’s whole world. There were moments I doubted myself. Days I felt like I was failing. There were even times I’d sneak into the bathroom just to breathe and collect myself. But then my child’s random “I love you,” a tight hug around my waist, or even just watching them sleep so peacefully those moments reminded me this is all worth it.
