It’s set in 1990s Korea and follows Mi-ae, just a regular middle school girl whose world shifts when her old childhood friend, Cheol, suddenly shows up at her school. Their story is quiet and awkward at first, but it slowly grows into something so soft and special! >< I love this webtoon so much. it’s a romcom and the slowburn is killing me!! Cheol acts like he doesn’t care, but he’s constantly worrying about Mi-ae, and honestly, I can’t blame him… this girl’s a MENACE (in the best way possible). Their dynamic is hilarious and heart-melting all at once. I also adore Mi-ae’s relationship with her parents—it adds such a soft, wholesome layer to the story. And their childhood flashbacks?? TOO CUTE. Imagine reuniting with your childhood friend after years and he just straight-up ignores you like??? It’s the perfect mix of frustration and butterflies. Not to mention, the HEIGHT DIFFERENCE. This webtoon is funny, nostalgic, and just really full of cute stuff.
