My First Gym Experience at Pound for Pound Fitness

I recently enrolled at Pound for Pound Fitness for a 2-month program because I finally decided it’s time to get serious about being physically fit. I’ve been doing home workouts since the pandemic, but this is actually my first time stepping into a real gym. I attended my first training session with a friend, which made it less intimidating. Still, I couldn't help but feel a little out of place at first. There were so many people I didn’t know, and the environment was definitely different from working out alone in my room. But as I looked around, I started to feel inspired instead of nervous. Seeing everyone so focused, with toned bodies and strong energy, made me want to keep pushing myself. It’s a little overwhelming, yes but it’s also motivating. So , I would just like to share my experience in joining a gym which felt like a big step out of my comfort zone, but I’m glad I did it. I’m excited to see how far I can go in the next two months.
