Choosing Calm over Chaos
Recently, I started trying minimalism, which means living with only what I really need. At first, I thought it was just about having fewer things. But I learned it’s more about focusing on what makes me truly happy. So, First I got rid of stuff I didn’t use and stopped doing things that made me feel tired or stressed. This helped me feel calmer and more clear-minded. so that I don’t worry about having too many things or doing too much. As I shift to spend more time with people I care about and doing things I enjoy. My takeaway about this is that living simply isn’t about having nothing it’s about having enough and feeling happy with it. And honestly, I feel lighter and happier than before.
