Taking a Break 📴
There was a point when I realized I was constantly attatched to my phone like scrolling, checking notifications, jumping from one app to another it feels like It became automatic or a routine that never ends, almost like a reflex. But at the end of the day, I felt drained, distracted, and strangely disconnected from everything around me. So now I decided to take a break and have a digital detox. At first, it felt weird. I kept reaching for my phone without thinking. But after a few days, something changed. I started to feel more present. I noticed little things. This experience of unplugging helped me slow down and reconnect not just with the world, but with myself. I had more time to think, rest, and focus. My anxiety dropped. I slept better. I felt lighter. Now, I make it a habit to take breaks from screens. Whether it’s a few hours or a whole weekend, that time away helps me recharge. It reminded me that life happens outside the screen and sometimes, stepping back is exactly what we need.
