Frustrated with Shopee
Okay, I’m trying to be calm........but this is testing every bit of patience I have. So I ordered fur fabrics for my final project THE final project. I paid through SPay, no hassle, no drama. All they had to do was deliver it, drop it off, and we're good. I even saw it on the app “Delivered.” Okay, great! I thought. Except... nothing was actually delivered. I got home, checked the gate, asked everyone in the house, even looked around the yard like a desperate detective and? Nothing. No parcel. No courier. No box. No nothing. So I checked the app again, thinking maybe I missed something. No contact number. No driver’s name. No proof of delivery. Not even a single blurry photo of a gate. Just “Delivered.” That’s it. Like?? Am I supposed to just trust that?! Like how is this okay?? How can Shopee let their partner couriers operate like this with zero accountability? There should be strict rules when it comes to deliveries especially when people rely on these items for work, school, or, you know... basic trust in the system. And what’s worse? I feel guilty even asking for a refund. Because in the end, it’s the sellers who take the hit, not the shady courier who just marked it as “delivered” and vanished into the void.
