A Mind-Blowing Masterpiece!
I wanna share you guys my one of favorite Korean movie and actually watched it back in 2019, but I watched it again recently and I still felt the same excitement while watching it. The twists? Unreal. I was speechless by the end. Watching Parasite felt like slowly sinking into a trap you didn’t know was there. It started light and even funny, but as the story unfolded, I realized I was holding my breath. The contrast between the Kim family’s cramped basement life and the Park family’s luxurious home was so visually and emotionally powerful and it made me reflect on privilege, survival, and what desperation can push people to do. Also, every detail from the cinematography to the symbolism was carefully crafted. No wonder it won the Palme d’Or and Best Picture at the Oscarswell deserved!
