Short Bursts, Big Wins: My Pomodoro Journey
As a student-athlete, balancing the sport I love and my academic responsibilities was never easy. I had to find ways to stay focused and manage my time wisely and one study hack that truly helped me is the Pomodoro Technique. This method involves studying for 25 minutes straight, followed by a 5-minute break. It may sound simple, but it worked for me. It kept me focused during study time and gave my brain the rest it needed in between. Using the Pomodoro Technique helped me stay consistent with my study sessions, avoids burnout, and make the most out of my limited time. Itâs a game-changer, especially when you're juggling both academics and sports.
