I Forgot to Refill Myself

There’s this weird kind of tiredness that sleep just can’t solve. Like I could nap for a week and still wake up feeling like a half-charged phone. It usually hits when I’ve been running on autopilot, saying yes too much, doing things because I have to, not because I want to. That’s when I start to feel hollow. Like I’m showing up for my life, but I’m not really in it. I used to ignore that feeling. Power through. Smile anyway. But lately, I’ve been trying to actually listen to it. Hollow doesn’t mean broken, it just means I need a refill. More quiet. More joy. More me. And the sooner I catch it, the gentler the fixing feels.
