🚶 Walking Without Direction, But With Intention
I started taking walks with no agenda. No destination. No fitness goal. Just steps to clear my mind and somehow, that turned into my favorite mini-ritual. Each footstep feels like a full stop to my racing thoughts. The crunch of gravel under my sneakers, the hum of tricycle engines, even the stray stray dog barking it all grounds me. Street by street, I return to myself. Hindi siya jog. Hindi rin adventure. No uphill challenges or Instagrammable views just the rhythm of my own pace. Sometimes I stop to watch kids play, wave at a sari-sari store owner, or breathe deep under a mango tree. Those walks remind me that peace isn’t always in grand escapes.
