Baguio Biking: My Kind of Escape

Aside from the beautiful climate, biking is something I would gladly do over and over again in Baguio. 🚴‍♀️🌲 There’s something incredibly special about biking in Baguio City. The cool, fresh mountain air, the scenic uphill trails, and the peaceful roads lined with pine trees make it such a refreshing experience — both for the body and the soul. Whether you’re riding around Burnham Park, exploring the winding roads of Camp John Hay, or challenging yourself with the uphill climbs around Mines View or Loakan, each route offers a different kind of thrill. The breathtaking views, peaceful environment, and slower pace of life up here give biking a whole new meaning. It’s not just exercise — it becomes a way to connect with nature, clear your mind, and simply enjoy the ride. Unlike biking in the lowlands, where the heat can drain you fast, Baguio’s cool weather keeps you energized longer, making you want to explore more without feeling exhausted. Every pedal, every breeze, every scenic stop — it’s something I wouldn’t get tired of doing. Biking in Baguio is truly a must-try experience, and definitely one I’d love to keep repeating whenever I get the chance.
