How Minds Change: And Why Yours Might Too
It’s wild to think about how something we believed 100% in a year ago can now feel completely off. That’s not being fake, that’s us evolving. Changing your mind is a sign that you're listening, learning, living, and growing. We grew up thinking we need to be consistent, but growth isn’t perfect, it’s a messy process. You might change opinions about love, people, politics, or even yourself. And that’s fine. In fact, it’s necessary. You were never supposed to stay the same. I used to resist change in others. Like, “Why are you acting differently?” But now, I realize that change is evidence of courage. It takes guts to say, “I was wrong” or “I see things differently now.” So if you feel yourself shifting, let it happen. You're not betraying your past self. You're honoring your future one.
