Good food
We tried Blake's today for my sister's graduation and it's deffff a good decision!! These are just some of the food that we ordered. We were at their SM North branch. The staffs are very accomodating, nagbibigay din sila ng free kutkutin while you wait for your order.

Price ₱5,000Worth itThese are authentic dishess! They are pricy than other resto like Max's and such, but I swear, masarap talagaa! Legit din yung recipez. Yung carbonara nila, egg talaga yung ginamit, and not a milky cream, similar to the original recipee. I can't remember the name of the 1st dish pero something truffle yan. Well-cooked sya, nagustuhan ng fam ko kaya unang unang yan out of everything. The second one is ribs!!! I really like that I can taste yung combined sweetness and smokiness of the ribs. Super lambot pa na lusamg humihiwalay na yung meat sa bone. Make sure to order this when you try Blake's. The last one is the Carbonaraa, di sya yung usual carbonara na nattry natin but I must say, this one is much much better than itt.
