Mendokoro 🍜

There’s always a line at Mendokoro Ramenba, but once you get a seat, it’s all worth it. The Shio ramen is light and comforting, perfect when you want something simple but flavorful. The Shoyu has a deeper, richer taste that really hits the spot. Honestly, it’s hard to choose between the two because they’re both so good! But, I ordered the Shio and my partner got Shoyu so we get to taste both. YUM! 😋

    This is soy sauce-based and has a bolder flavor than Shio. It's their most popular dish! The broth is soooo thick!
