Between Deadlines and Dreams: My College Journey

I always thought college would be my stepping stone to a brighter future dream job, independence, and success. For a while, I lived that life: attending classes, juggling deadlines, and sharing tawa and kwento with friends during late-night study sessions. Pero dumating yung point na life happened financial struggles and family responsibilities forced me to put school on hold. At first, akala ko short break lang, pero habang tumatagal, mas naging totoo yung thought na baka hindi ko na siya matapos. Ang sakit, honestly. Pero eto ang natutunan ko: not finishing college doesn’t mean your story ends there. Ang dami kong natutunan sa buhay resilience, diskarte, at lakas ng loob. Yes, my path looks different, but that doesn’t mean I stopped growing or dreaming. Education is important, pero growth doesn’t stop outside the classroom.
