Burnout Diaries 📓

Burnout is real, and it hits when you least expect it. One day you’re okay, the next day, you can’t even open your laptop without sighing. I’ve been there staring at the screen, empty coffee cups around me, wondering why everything feels heavy. Akala ko dati, burnout is just “pagod.” Hindi pala it’s your mind and body screaming for rest. What helped? Pausing. Logging out for a day. Talking to friends.
