💬 Friendships That Don’t Clap Anymore

Some friendships fizzle not with a bang, but with silence. No fight, no closure. Just slowly fading support and passive updates. Akala mo okay pa, pero hindi na pala. You start noticing the unreturned messages, the missed milestones, the uncelebrated wins. It stings in the quiet the realization that some people are no longer in your corner. And yes, it hurts. Lalo na kung kayo ‘yung tipong once-can’t-live-without-each-other levels. But here’s the truth I’ve come to accept: not all friendships are built to last a lifetime. Some are seasonal beautiful while they lasted, but not meant to walk with you through every version of yourself. You can love people from afar and still grow beyond them. You can remember the good without reopening the wounds. Release with peace. Grieve if needed. But grow anyway. Because not every chapter requires the same cast and that’s not a loss. It’s growth. #LetThemDrift #GrowthIsLonelySometimes
