Cozy Bites and Sips at Cafe Peregrine in Antipolo Rizal ☕️
Sharing with y'all my experience with Café Peregrine's coffee and food! On the way to the place, I honestly thought it was just a small coffee shop, but to my surprise, it’s actually a café and restaurant, perfect for a big friend group or a family bonding day. We ordered the Adobo Rice and Liempo, both good for sharing (2–3 pax), and the prices were pretty reasonable! The Adobo Rice was so yummy — I could honestly eat it alone, even without the liempo. The rice had the soft and sticky texture I love, and it already came with chunks of pork and chicken that made it perfect on its own. As for the Liempo, it was good! I'm not really a fan of pork, but the serving was quite large and the liempo itself was super savory. I'd rate the Liempo an 8/10 and the Adobo Rice a 10/10, so good! For drinks, I got the Caramel Macchiato. I wouldn’t say it tastes exactly like the classic one, but it was still enjoyable. I liked that I could still taste a faint coffee flavor. I’d give their coffee a 7/10, with room for improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, trying new food and coffee while enjoying the breathtaking views of Wawa Dam and a glimpse of the Sierra Madre. The weather that day was also so cozy — I loved it! 🌿
