Laziness isnât always about being âbadâ or âunmotivated.â Sometimes, itâs our body asking for a break. Sometimes itâs burnout in disguise. But other times⌠yeah, weâre just procrastinating again while scrolling TikTok in bed đ đą Whatâs worked for me? The 5-minute trick. I tell myself to just do 5 minutes, clean for 5, write for 5, stretch for 5. It almost always snowballs into a longer flow. Motivation often comes after starting not before. Also, romanticize your tasks. Put on music, light a candle, use your favorite pen. Make it feel soft and pretty. Donât wait for motivation to arrive dressed as BeyoncĂŠ. Show up messy, in pajamas, but just start. đŞ Laziness fades when momentum begins. Be gentle but firm with yourself.
