⛅️Stress, Be Gone: Little Ways I Reclaim My Peace
Stress doesn’t knock on the door, it kicks it open. Whether it's school, work, drama, or just too many tabs open (in your brain and browser 😅), it sneaks in and messes with everything. What helps me? Small resets. Like deep breathing for 2 minutes, writing down everything in my head (no filter), or cleaning just one corner of my room. It’s like giving chaos a time-out. ☁️🫧 Other times, I need movement like dancing in my room, walking aimlessly, or doing yoga stretches with a random playlist. Sometimes stress needs to leave the body, not just the mind. Don’t wait for burnout. Stress is your body whispering “Hey, I’m not okay.” Listen. Care. Rest.
