2 yrs ago, I bought this simple box from Shopee. It helped me a lot to save. As a student, my only source of money is my weekly allowance. So I set aside some of it and put it in this box. The goal in using this box is to save up to 60k, which I didn't reach due to multiple reasons. First: I didn't set a deadline. If you are saving, it is better to give yourself a timeline. Write down the end fate for saving so you'll be more motivated. Second: I didn't tell myself how much I want to save. My first thought upon seeing this box was that I wom't be able to save 60k because I have no income. Don't be like me loll. Third: Define where will you allocate your savings. I did that with this box, but the problem was, i didn't specify it. Like I wrote "investment", but what type? where? Set your intentions clear and be dedicated to your goal
