Creativity Block

As an artist, there's nothing more frustrating than staring at a blank canvas with a full mind and empty hands. This always hits me when I need my creativity the most, like why does it run out whenever I need it?! Like why now of all times🥹..... It’s like my ideas are trapped behind some invisible wall, just out of reach. I know they’re there, but no matter how hard I try to grab one, they slip through my mind. At the end of the day i feel helpless, but i also know this is a part of a process. A frustrating, uncomfortable, unavoidable pause. But whats more draining is that when the creativity comes pouring in you can't stop unless you want another pause just to be frustrated again🫠.
