My Journey to Fashion Designing đ”âđ«
At first I really didnt know what i wanted or rather i knew and i also knew gaining my family's support would be hard. Everyone in the fam is artistic in their own way can be in drawing, sculpting, painting, and photog, but also in the realistic side people think you cannot earn from arts it can be learned on your own or just as a hobby. Eventually i had the courage of telling my dad i wanted to pursue arts he did agree but i always told him i would do interior designing AHAHAHHA then gr12 came i got a commission of sewing a filipiniana. I asked my dad to buy me a sewing machine and that i really wanted to learn. he thought it was a hobby . When i finished the commission i felt like this is it i want to do this as a job. When I started applying sa benilde, sofa and iacademy. Sabi ko sa dad ko na interior inapplyan ko. Then i had a tour at Iacademy and my dad was excited to see the campus when we saw the fashion room i was really excited then the staff called me and said " you're applying for fashion right? this is the room you'll be using". I really got nervous causeee hellooooo i told my dad i applied for interior designing HAHAHAHAHA and the thing is Iacademy doesnt even have interior designing HAHAAHAH sooo i got those evil eyes from him likee hes saying na "anong pinaggagagawa mo". Anyways he didnt have a choice cause he got so excited with the tour and siya sumagot halos lahat sa interviews ko and even had the audacity na pagalitan ako kasi tahimik daw ako..... hello??? inuunahan mo ko pa gusto ko din naman sumagottttt. And now i am stuck in Iacademy (3rd yr next sy) HAHAHAHA All i can say is im proud of myself that i aimed for what i really wanted no matter what problems came and just stick to your goal and youll get there eventually.đ„°
