Maybelline Superlock. SUPERLOCK?!

Is there anyone here who have tried this product? What are your thoughts, mga babes? I gave this product a lot of chances to prove its claims but still won't work on me. It won't dry and when I brush up my brows, after a minute or so my brows are already down and won't stay in place.
