I’ll admit it, matcha has a chokehold on me. It’s not just a drink at this point, it’s a lifestyle. Hot, iced, with oat milk or almond, sweetened or straight up. I’ll take it any way I can get it. There’s something about that earthy, slightly bitter, slightly sweet flavor that just hits. And don’t even get me started on the color, it’s literally aesthetic in a cup. Matcha isn’t just my caffeine fix, it’s my comfort drink, my mid-day pick-me-up, and honestly, part of my personality now. If loving matcha is wrong, I don’t want to be right. 😌💚
